Car hire in Moscow, airport transfers

TRANSFERS. All prices are quoted in Rubles for one-way transfer.

Address is a place in the city within Moscow Ring highway (excluding airports and railway stations). Prices are valid for railway stations within Moscow Ring highway and Sheremet’evo, Vnukovo, Domodedovo airports.
Transfer from one address to another within Moscow Ring highway can be provided only as car rent.
All parking fees are not included into the cost and should be paid extra.
Within periods of major exhibitions or events in Moscow there may be increase in the cost.

ATTENTION! Terms of order, payment and cancellation.

Payment
100% prepayment for the transfer should be made not later than 3 days prior the date of the transfer. In case prepayment was not made in time, the order will be cancelled.
In case your request for transfer was sent less than 3 days prior the transfer, our managers will solve the possibility of the transfer arrangement and payment.
In case of the payment refund, all the fees charges by banks and payment systems will be deducted.

Terms of order
Transfer – transportation of passengers from a point of departure to a point of destination. Cost of a transfer includes:
- Meeting in the airport (arrival hall), at the railway station (near the carriage or at the beginning of the train), in the hotel lobby, etc. with a sign (agreed with the Customer). Minibus and bus drivers don’t meet guests in airports arrival halls, at railway stations, hotels halls, etc. They wait for Customers in a bus only.
- Waiting for 1 (one) hour in the airport (parking fee is not included in the cost)
- 15 minutes waiting at the railway station (parking fee is not included in the cost)
- 15 minutes waiting after the time of departure at the agreed address (hotel, office, restaurant etc. parking fee is not included in the cost)

If necessary, time of waiting can be extended. Extra payment for each extra 30 minutes of waiting - on request

Usually waiting time (if not extended) not more that 1(one) hour in the airport and 30 minutes at the railway station or any other address within the city. In case the Customer doesn’t come or get in touch with our office manager, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be paid.

Changes of the rout, not agreed stops, any extra trips after arrival to the destination point cannot be provided without preliminary coordination with our office manager. In case during a transfer the Customer wants to make changes in the route or needs some extra trips, we can provide such a service, if possible. Cost of a transfer in this case will be calculated as a vehicle rent.

Vehicle type and number of passengers is specified while filling out the order form. Number of passengers should not be more than number of seats in a vehicle.

In case of a vehicle is broken, it will be changed for another one as soon as possible.

The company is not responsible for any delays appeared due to some force major circumstances (“traffic jam”, arrival of government delegations, weather conditions).

Cancellation and changes terms

Valid within a year
- Cancellation, changing of date or time of order should be sent in written form on week days not later than 3 (three) working days prior the date/time the service begins. Otherwise penalty of 100% the service cost will be charged.

Order is not a confirmed booking and you need not pay for it. When our manager gets your order form, checks the possibility to arrange your order, he/she will get in touch with you.

CAR HIRE. All prices are quoted in Rubles per one hour of vehicle hire. To get the price in Euro or USD, please use the company currency rate mentiond here.
The costs are valid for trips in the city within Moscow Ring highway.
The minimum time of order of a vehicle:
– economy-class car, business-class - 3 hours + 1 hour for vehicle arrival
- luxury car and minibus (up to 20 seats) – 4 hours + 1 hour for vehicle arrival
- buses - 4 hours + 2 hours for vehicle arrival
All parking fees are not included in the cost and should be paid extra.
Within periods of major exhibitions or events in Moscow there may be increase in the cost.

Terms of order
Vehicle hire – providing of the ordered vehicle with a driver for trips within/outside the city for booked number of hours. The cost of vehicle hire also includes:
- Meeting in the airport (arrival hall), at the railway station (near the carriage or at the beginning of the train), in the hotel lobby, etc. with a sign (agreed with the Customer). Minibus and bus drivers don’t meet guests in airports arrival halls, at railway stations, hotels halls, etc. They wait for Customers in a bus only.

Waiting at the paid parking during the meeting as well as all stops at other paid parkings are not included into vehicle hire and should be paid extra.

The Customer meets the driver on the day and in time a vehicle was booked in the place of departure. In case the Customer is late he/she should get in touch with the driver or our manager and confirm the booked service by phone.
In case the Customer doesn’t come and cannot be reached within 1 (one) hour after the services should begin, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be paid.

If during the trip the Customer wants to increase the time of vehicle rent, it can be done in case the company has this possibility.
